Cao Pagoda is located on Ma Lim mountain, in Ha Linh commune, Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province. This is an ancient temple built in the Le Dynasty. Over time, there are no old buildings left. On the top of the mountain, there are 4 Bodhisattva statues facing the 4 directions east – west – south – north. Mr. Le Van Thai (63 years old, Yen Duong commune, Ha Trung district) shared: “Speaking of Cao pagoda, it used to be very sacred. This year, at the beginning of the new year, my family and I went to Cao pagoda to travel in spring. Cao Pagoda is now so beautiful and spacious. At the beginning of the year, the number of visitors to Cao Pagoda is very large, so my family has to come here very early.”

According to the leader of the People’s Committee of Ha Linh commune, Ha Trung district, Cao pagoda has an area of 5 hectares, located on Ma Lim mountain. On the occasion of the 2023 Lunar New Year, Cao Pagoda welcomes more than 1,000 visitors from all over the world to visit spring and sightseeing every day.
