Chu Duc Viet (35 years old, Hanoi), and a group of friends just had a camping trip, watching the autumn of Cao Bang. Viet travels by 7-seat car, the first destination is Ban Gioc waterfall, located in Dam Thuy commune, Trung Khanh district, about 20 km from the district center. Ban Gioc Waterfall along with Pac Bo National Historic Site or Nguom Ngao Cave are famous destinations not to be missed when coming to Cao Bang.

Ban Gioc is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam with cascades of cascades, spanning hundreds of meters. September-October is the ideal time to explore Ban Gioc waterfall when the waterfalls flow with white foam. At the same time, the water of the Quay Son stream is jade color with sunlight shining in the autumn, bringing a magical scene.

From Ma Phuc pass, Viet turned in the direction of provincial road 205 towards Tra Linh to reach Thung Mountain (the Tay name is Phja Piót) and Nam Cha lake. Located in Ban Danh hamlet, Quoc Toan commune, Tra Linh, Tung Mountain (locally called Mat Than Nui) is a masterpiece created during the geological tectonic process tens of millions of years ago. Each season around Nam Cha lake has its own beauty, the water recedes leaving mounds and small winding streams that surround the yellowed grass. Here, Viet encounters the scene of people gathering firewood and grazing animals, while tourists camping, trekking
and cycling to enjoy the scenery.
