Hotpot Stingray

Khot cake

Banh Khot Vung Tau is shaped like a cake can of the Central people, made from rice flour with shrimp paste. Cakes are poured in aluminum or stainless steel trays with small concave shapes. When frying the cake, the chef will fill the tray with oil, then add the flour and shrimp until golden and fragrant. When placing the cake on the plate, will add burnt shrimp, onion fat.
